- Advisory Services to Battery Storage Firm for strategic partnerships with CEO's.
- Advisory Services to EPC engineering firm on bio-diesel and bio-mass projects nationwide.
- $20 million equity investment in oil and gas developmental projects with a privately held independent energy company in Texas.
- Secured initial mortgage and mezzanine debt facilities and co-led upsizing to $310 million credit facility
- Provided creative lending solution increasing debt leveraging of collateral pool by $60 million. Led treasury management including development of cash forecasting models to balance member receipts and $400 million annual capital expenditure program.
- Sourced investment bankers and lenders to secure alternative deal structure for $230 million construction facility and permanent loan program with savings projected to exceed $20 million.
- Provided Project Management services for a $10M Solar Thermal project in Hawaii resulting in a $500,000 savings in the T&M costs for the project. Worked with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and develop relationships with US and international funding, clients, EPC's as well as Hawaii State and PUC officials.
