Carl Campagna Carl Campagna is a Renewables and Business Operations Consultant. He has over 20 years experience within the Engineering, Architecture and Construction as well as Manufacturing and Production Industries. His most recent project was with Sopogy/Keahole Solar Power in Hawaii where he organized their Renewables Project/Product, developing the installation, maintenance and operations manual as well as product definition and field inventory system. Since 1996 he has developed and organized many different business entities including: Two theatre companies; One manufacturing department; One construction department; One sports and recreational company; and One renewables project/product. While working with Midland Manufacturing he helped organize and develop the electronics department including the definition of 26 different products as well as implementing Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and ISO strategies. Once ISO standards were defined he also served as an ISO auditor. He successfully brought Players Sports Group, a sports and recreational company in the city of Chicago, from the number four to the number two in market share within three years by automating the operations, creating an e-commerce website and initiating a partnership and sponsorship program. He managed the Theming and Design Development Department for KHS&S Contactors-east coast organizing the department, managing the staff, developing the S.O.P. and growing the portfolio. Mr. Carl Campagna earned is Bachelors Degree in Classical History from the University of Illinois at Chicago. |
