Kathy Marshall, CEO – Green Solar Finance, Strategic Partner
Ms. Marshall served with The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. from 1977 to 2000. Ms. Marshall was the CFO and Head of Risk Management for Global Trade and Treasury Management and led the Global Structured Finance, Securitization and Corporate Finance Advisory Groups in the Investment Bank. She co-lead the merger integration of The Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank for global payments, settlement, treasury management and trade finance businesses across 55 countries with a daily transaction flow in excess of $900 Billion.
